Today I harvested the last of my strawberries and rhubarb. The raspberries are nearing the end but I still might get a few more days of picking out of the bushes. Everything is now all washed, chopped, and packaged for freezing. Wahoo!
My handy Ulu made quick work of the over 16 cups of chopped rhubarb.
